Thanks for posting. Your operator looks a lot like an older version of our 39-014 (the opposite hand is 39-013). Take a look at the dimensions below to confirm that this operator will be a fit for you.

The compatible crank handles are our standard handle, part 39-114L or the folding crank handle, part 39-205.

Regarding the hinge set, I recommend starting with reviewing and comparing our 36-048. It likely won't be an exact match but it should work well as a replacement. These can be used for both the left and right side of the window and it is strongly recommended to replace both the top and bottom hinges given they likely won't be a match.
