Hello,

We may be able to help but your pivot shoe has a rather unique cam. Could you show us the pivot bar that it works with removed from the sash? That would help us confirm what could work for you. Thanks for posting!

Thank you! Take a look at our 15-046 pivot shoe, which matches the dimensions you've provided and works with the same U-shaped pivot bars, such as our 26-040.
