Identification of door and window parts

Hello,
I'm trying to locate some replacement parts for my house. The first is the balance clip for my windows. I found one on your website but I'm not sure if it's the right size.
The second is weather stripping for my front door.

The balance clip in your photo appears to match our 15-198. Could this be what you need? This is commonly used on balances like our Series 795.

As for the weatherstripping, we may be able to provide the white style but not the black. The black weatherstripping that appears to be for a threshold, which is not something we sell.

For the white sample, can you remove a sample and show me a clear shot of the end profile?
