Identify Window casement fitting

A home owner from CT says:
we have no idea on the make/model of our casement windows and can find no markers or information in the frames. We have problems closing one of the windows but cannot identify the winding mechanism to start looking for a replacement. THank you

Hello! Based on your photos, it looks like you have a match for our 39-315 operator. See our 39-316 for the opposite side. 

However, you mentioned that you're having trouble closing the window. There could be a few explanations for this, and while a broken operator is definitely one of them, I also recommend that you examine the hinges and track hinge to make sure there is no dirt or debris that may be obstructing their operation.
