Identify casement hardware

Could not find any numbers or even a name brand. Hand crank handles are stripped and one broke off. No name brand on glass either. May have been purchased at Home Depot. This is a casement window. One window has vapored, don't know if you carry replacement sashes.

This old GU Operator is no longer made, but you may be able to replace it with our 39-315. The video below shows how to do this for the opposite-handed version, the 39-316.

Does the 39-514 stud bracket and 39-105 clip come with the 39-315/316 operator? I have already ordered the operators.
