Internal locks, from a JW patio door

This is from a JW patio door. If you look at pic it has PAT# 6.264.252 & 5.820.170 it's on the side

I measured from top to bottom cover it's 11 1/2 and from screw to screw 11 inches.

I believe you have a 82-265 mortise lock. This has the same cover plate as yours, but in a brass color. We also have the stainless steel 82-259, which has a different cover plate. All that said, if you are going to reuse your white cover plate, then either should work.
