Inverted channel balance

Hello,
I am in need of new T-lock balance shoes on most of my windows. I bought 2 shoes to check the fit and although I was able to make them work (with hammering to flatten the indent on the balance) I feel it would be much easier to replace the balance as well. The balance I need is the 795 series but my balances have a different clip and smaller shoe. I would need the 28C inverted channel balance (S795-28), with clip (15-198), and 1" T-lock shoe closed cam (15-194). Would this need to be a special order? I would need 14 balances with shoes.

Hey there. Yes, your old T-Lock shoes and balances had grooves that allowed them to interface. I am afraid our versions of these shoes and balances lack such indentations. I just sent you an email with a custom link enclosed to order (14) 28" Series 795 Channel Balances, stamped 28C and with the 15-194 Shoe and 15-198 Hook attached.
