Is this a maxim Dyad

Thanks for writing in! It appears that this is a Truth brand operator which does make maxim dyad, however, I cannot confirm that this is the exact make of this operator.

I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to confirm that this is the right replacement. I am looking to see the body of it as well as the arm and how it connects to the bottom of the window.

The handles compatible with this operator are the older style 39-114 and the updated 39-114L non-folding handles or the 39-205 folding handle.
