JEDI WEN lock broken

I am attaching two photos . One with a working lock and another that's broken. I need a replacement part for the lock along with instructions. Can you help

Please see our 90-252 latch and 90-253 latch cover, each sold separately. I believe these components are what you need to repair your window, but look them over and see if you agree.

As for instructions, we don't have any official literature on these but they should just screw to your sash. The cover can be removed or attached by hand.

I am also interested in replacing the "piece" that attaches to the frame (not the window). Is that the latch mechanism?

Sounds like you're talking about the keeper. We sell two keepers that are compatible with the 90-252. Those would be our 90-254 and 90-255. You will need to check you original to confirm the better option.

I had the same kind of windows and needed to replace two latches. I found that the the 90-252 latch worked fine as a replacement on my Jeld-Wen windows that were installed by the home builder in the mid-2000s. I also got the new latch covers but found I did not need them, as the old latch covers fit over the new latches.
