I had ordered this 28" Series 795 Channel Balance / S795-28 - which right size but the connection pieces are not.  The pivot shoes it too large to turn in the channel and our installation requires a hook connector at the top.  Pictures included.  Can you advise of the correct replacement part(s).

Hello,

We can supply the S795-28 (28B) with the 15-198 clip attached, but it will need to be a custom order. We just sent over an order link and price quote for you to review. We just sent over an order link and price quote for (2) balances.

Keep in mind that the balances come with the stock 15-195 t-lock shoe attached, but we offer the smaller 15-194 closed cam shoe sold separately. Make sure to check, since I can't quite tell if your shoe cam is open or closed on the back. See the video below on how to swap out the shoes. Thanks for posting!

We tried out the the S795-28 (28B) with the 15-198 clip attached custom order and it worked! Can you send me a link to another customer orer for 24 of these?  We do not need the 15-195 lock shoe as the smaller 15-194 worked and I already ordered those separately.

Great! We just sent over an updated order link. Keep in mind that the balances will come with the 15-195 attach, but you can disregard them and install the 15-194 shoes you already purchased. We'll be here if you need anything else.
