Thanks for posting! I'm happy to provide you with a replacement recommendation for the channel balance you are searching for. Although, I will need to see a photo of an undamaged balance to identify the correct replacement. Yours appears to be missing the bottom attachment, which is likely to still be left behind in the window channel.

It would also be a good idea to include a photo of space at the top of the frame, where the top hook on the balance installs. I'll need to know the length of the channel and the stamp etched into the channel, as well.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

The view of the sash stop is blocking the view of the hole but it does look like it could be square in shape. That said, the screw plug should work.

The shoe on the bottom of your balance is the 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe, which is sold separately. Be sure to remember to add them to the cart along with the S795-34 and the 26-200 Balance Screw Plug.

There are video tutorials below for your review should you have any questions about the installation.

Thanks for your patience! The top hook slot is not square, but rectangular.
1) Can the new balance be modified by exchanging the screw clip (on the new model) with the existing hook from the old model?
2) will new pivot bars be required with the new shoe? And if so, which pivot bars? (Photos)

Thanks for confirming! Since the shape of the hole is rectangular, these balances will be need to be custom assemblies. Unfortunately, a rectangular hole cannot be modified to use the screw plug. That said, I've forwarded a link for (2) of the S795-34 34C stamp balances with a 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment.

The new pivot bar can likely be replaced with the 26-021 Pivot Bar. You'll need to be sure to confirm the placement of the installation hole to confirm it will be a fit. This is the pivot bar most commonly used with the recommended T-lock shoe.

Again, be sure to add the 15-194 shoe to the cart along with the balances and the pivot bar.
