Jeld-Wen channel balance

A quick learner from USA says:

The balance with the green part at the end is 27 1/2 inches from the top of the hook to the bottom of the plastic. The broken balance is 28 3/4 in (without the plastic endcap). The plastic part is 1 5/8 inches from the top to bottom. In case it's helpful I've added pictures of both balances next to the measuring tape. Please let me know if you need any more information!

Hello!

Your balance is a match for our Series 795 but ours installs with a screw tab, not a 15-198 hook like yours. We can still help but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. I'll just need more information to get started. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel, and the stamp that's on it? Make sure to not include any attachments in this measurement! And how many balances will you need? I can draft a quote once I have that.

Hey there! Emily isn't here today but I'm happy to take care of this custom order for you.

Reviewing all the the data given it looks like you need two different custom balances: an S795-26 and an S795-28, each with a 15-194 shoe and 15-198 hook.

This is very routine and won't be any issue at all. What I'll do now is whip up two custom purchase links that you can use to add the balances in question to your cart. You can then checkout as normal.
