I'm afraid I don't quite recognize this operator. Would it be possible to see it fully removed from the window? If possible, I'd specifically like to see an undamaged version, even if it's for the opposite handed side. Thank you!

That is perfect, thank you! Using this part as a reference, my top recommendation for the operator in your original two photos would be the 39-315. Review the specs below and let me know if you agree, or if you had any questions.

We also sell the 39-316 for the opposite side, if you ever needed that.

Thanks! That's great. However, I'm having a hard time removing the arm from the stud on the bottom of the sash. Any trick to that?

These usually should just pop right off. It could be that the self locking stud bracket is corroded. Try using some spray lubricant and a small flat blade screw driver to separate the arm and stud from each other. That might help loosen it up some.
