Good afternoon, Robert. I'm afraid I wasn't able to cross reference those numbers. Could I see a few pictures of your operator? I'll need to see it removed from the window and with detailed dimensions. Thanks!

Alternatively, you can browse through our Replacement Window Operator Section and see if you can find a match.

How about these photos? It has a number on the underside of the operator: 040610 10:37 and another 45251.... whoever designed the system wanted it to be difficult to replace. Typical b.s.
The worm gear is fried and didn't even last 4 years and
User submitted photos of a window operator.

Thanks for the images, that's a big help. I don't have anything exactly like this, but I have a couple you may still be interested in. Take a look at our 39-172 & 39-171 and see what you think. The offset goes in a different direction, but since the link arm is on bottom rather than on top I think it might make up for it. I can't be sure though. What do you think?

If the offset isn't that important, you might also want to consider our 39-316 & 39-315. These have no offset whatsoever.
