K&K window casement replacement

Question

Hello, the casement operator for one of our windows can open but the gear inside is slipping when trying to close. Pictures are attached. I would appreciate if a possible replacement operator could be identified from your product list.

Looks like the worm gear stripped out. Your operator is an older version of our 39-036. The design is slightly different, but it should work the same in this application without issue. We also sell the 39-035 for the opposite side.

The handle and cover can be reused.
