LTBEST Casement window cranks

A home owner from Illinois says:
Our house was built in 1974. I believe these to be original windows. There is no marking on the class for a company brand. The crank handles say LTBEST. The back of the crank says P-234-DC. Some of the cranks don't open at all. Some are missing the part that the handle attaches. Some do open but it's a real struggle. Can you help me locate replacement parts for this product?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Looks like you have an old Biltbest brand operator. These aren't made anymore, unfortunately, and we don't have a confirmed substitute. The only products we sell that may work in your case would be our 39-013 and 39-014 operator, along with a new 39-205 handle and 39-505 sash track. I cannot guarantee that these will work, and if they can then it would require some adaptation of your sill and sill trim to accept the new style.

I'm sorry that we cannot offer a better option.
