Latch/guide for top of window

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement part of this window latch/guide that sits on top sides of the window. Please advise if you have this component in stock.

Thanks for your post! The parts pictured here appear to be the 15-222 Sash Guide Base and 15-223 Sash Guide Cover. These are often used with the Series 145 side load constant force balance system.

Carefully review and compare them to confirm that these are the correct replacements.
