Hello I'm a contractor in California. I inspected a window today and pulled these out. Both casings the same size approx 4"x 1" However the coil stamp pound indication was different. WINDOW SASH BALANCER

THIS IS A WINDOW BALANCER FOR A SINGLE HUNG WINDOW. THERE IS NOTHING PRINTED ON THE BALANCER. THE SAH SIZE IS 33 1/2 X 28 WITH 1/8-1/8 GLASS. THE ISSUE IS THAT THE CURRENT SASH WOULD SLIDE DOWN IN A FEW MINUTES.NEED SOMETHING MORE STIFF THAN THE CURRENT BALANCER

Coil weights

The coil that is not broken has a 6 on it. The other smaller diameter broken coil has no number. I'm not sure where the piece that broke off went. I also wanted to know how to reinstall and connect coils.
