Looking for replacement of this non-tilt coil balance spring and shoe

Hello I'm a contractor in California. I inspected a window today and pulled these out. Both casings the same size approx 4"x 1" However the coil stamp pound indication was different. In one I pulled out a 4lb and 6lb coil. The other had both 5lb coils. The window that had the 4 and 6 lb coil wasn' ... (cont.)

I am attempting to replace some constant force balances. I believe they are Series 145 Balance Springs based off the design of the tongue and the type of carrier. I need multiple sizes of coils x10 Units stamped #3 x6 Units stamped #4 x8 Units stamped #5 x4 Units stamped #6

THIS IS A WINDOW BALANCER FOR A SINGLE HUNG WINDOW. THERE IS NOTHING PRINTED ON THE BALANCER. THE SAH SIZE IS 33 1/2 X 28 WITH 1/8-1/8 GLASS. THE ISSUE IS THAT THE CURRENT SASH WOULD SLIDE DOWN IN A FEW MINUTES.NEED SOMETHING MORE STIFF THAN THE CURRENT BALANCER

The coil that is not broken has a 6 on it. The other smaller diameter broken coil has no number. I'm not sure where the piece that broke off went. I also wanted to know how to reinstall and connect coils.
