Are you looking to replace the entire operator? If so, I believe you can use our 39-014 Casement Window Operator, which is an updated version of your existing operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-013.

If you are not looking to replace the entire crank operator, can you describe the exact bracket you a looking for? Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm that from the photos provided.
