Hello! This operator looks like an older version of our 39-036. Despite the differences in arm style, this should still work for you.

We also sell the 39-035 for the opposite handed side.

The operator that I need has a base width of 5" and the arm that attaches to the window is 4". Other than that it looks similar.

I'm afraid we don't sell anything in this style with a base width of 5", or with a 4" arm. Note however that we don't measure the overall width of the base nor the full length of the arm, but rather the center-to-center holes. For the base, its the distance between the two installation hole centers, and for the arm its from the center of the rivet to the center of the attachment hole.

I recommend triple checking your dimensions just to be safe. Truth didn't make a ton of versions of this operator, and definitely not versions where the size differed so drastically.
