Question

Must you use a balance with the "L" stamp on the left side or could you just flip one stamped  "R" over?

Hey there,

This coil housing is quite similar to the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot, with the main difference being that yours has an open cam. This difference in the cam should not affect the installation or the function of the hardware but it is something to take into consideration.

This housing pivot is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance. Since your housings are stamped with a 5, you would need the S180-05.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040 Pivot Bar.
