Hello! This part is called a tie bar guide. We don't sell this exact style, but you can use our 39-448 as an alternative. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions!

Sure, that looks like our 39-013 casement window operator. We also sell the 39-014 for the opposite side, if you needed that.
