If you are only in need of the turning lever, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 82-106.

For a full new handle set, please review the 82-030 that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. For a new mortise lock and keeper, please review the overall dimensions of the 82-260 and 82-249 to see how they compare to your original.
