Need a locking mechanism for tilt window. Already replaced the spring coil. The window is getting stuck upon opening.

e do not carry an exact match for the lock assembly shown in your photos but it does remind me of the 90-253 cover and 90-252 latch mechanism. These parts are compatible with the 90-255 face mount strike. We can't guarantee that this would work but I believe that it would be our closest match.
