Thanks for contacting us. We don't have your exact lock, but it's similar to our 90-252 mechanism and 90-253 cover setup. As for the top sash guide, see our 18-171.

Hello, I have a similar latch and I ordered the 90-252 and cover 90-253. Attached are some pictures that show both pieces of my old latch. There are 3 pictures that show the 90-252 next to my old latch. Please notice the spacing difference between the alignment pins of the 2 latches. The 90-252 pin spacing is too wide to engage the upper window side of the latch. Do you have anything else that might solve this problem?

Thanks for contacting us! We don't currently carry a keeper like yours, but we're working on bringing something in that will work with our 90-252 lock. Please give us a little time to have stock made up and I'll let you know as soon as it's available.

Hello again, Larry. Please see our new 90-255 keeper. I believe this will work well for you as a replacement.

Together the 3 parts (90-252, 90-253 and 18-171) solved my problem.
