The operator handle screw rotates without opening the window. Attached is the
picture. The hardware has Truth engraved in it.

Your operator resembles either the 39-013 or the 39-027E style. The right fit will depend on the length of the arm as shown below. For a new handle review the 39-114L or the 39-205 foldable option. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
