Looking for casement replacement operator

Quick Learner from Indiana
Hi, we have casement windows from the 80s and are wanting to update the operators. The number on it is Truth 30382. It looks like a dual arm and the large arm is appx 13" long. I cannot seem to find one with this spec. Can a single arm work? Can I reuse the smaller arm? Help! Thanks, Joe

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I've never seen that number associated with a dual-arm operator, actually. It seems to be primarily associated with the 39-013 and 39-014, which are single-arm. Can you confirm what you have? Seeing a couple photos of the operator in question may also help.

The short arm may be part of the hinge itself? If so I also need new ones of those. I'll enclose pics. It is Truth 30382

Yep, that's what it looks like. The short arm is part of the hinge and the operator is a match for our 39-013 and 39-014

If you do need a hinge, I recommend the 36-048. I don't think your original hinge is even made anymore, but our 36-048 should still work well as a substitute. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.
