Window measures 33.25" w, 29" h, and the coil is a triple coil that is 4.5" long. The opening of the window track seems to be 0.78" wide.

Thanks for your post! I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the window balance you have. Although, I'll need to see a photo of the balance shoe to determine the correct replacement match.

Thanks for the requested photos. Your balance shoe is the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this the right replacement match, be sure to double check the dimensions.

Your coil support reminds me of the 15-205 triple support. These are compatible with the Series 165 Coil Balance. To determine the right replacements for the coils, you'll need to check for a stamp/marking on them.

If there are none, please see the tutorial below for instructions on how to select the correct coil weight option. The video displays a different assembly but the process is the same.
