Looking for help with a part

The window will not stay up. This is the part I am looking for. I am not familiar with this style of tilting window I am used to window shoes, springs.

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the (17/32") 15-199 pivot shoe shown below to yours. This shoe is used with the (1/2") Series 160 or (3/8) Series 165 constant force coil springs. You'll need to measure the original coils and locate the stamp codes on them to confirm the correct replacements.

This assembly is commonly used with the 26-378 pivot bar but you'll need to remove it from the shoe cam to confirm that the specifications match up to ours. Thank you.
