I need to replace some broken parts such as pictured. The coil spring is 1/2" wide. Can you help me identify so I can get correct parts? Thank you

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your pivot shoe fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. There should also be numbers stamped on the base of your coil springs, which you will need to choose the corresponding strength options. Thank you!

I don't see any numbers on the part. Can you tell me what part number it is so I can replace some that are broken? 1¼" wide across the front.1½" tall. ½"wide on sides.

I believe there is a number 7 stamped on the coil

Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177 shown below, which would use the S152-7 coil springs based on your stamp code. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
