Looking for replacement coil balance for window

I started having issues with one of the windows in my home staying open and then not wanting to close all the way. After looking into it, I realized the coil balance had broken on one side and others were bent, so was looking into replacement parts. Seems like this is not something I can just find at my local hardward store, so after some research I ended up here. I can see numbers on the coil balance that say 4.5 35" and 3232208. Let me know if additional pictures are needed.

Thank you. They are in fact 1/2" thick. Do you recommend that I replace all the coil springs for this window? (4 total, 2 each side). And can I reuse the old pivot shoes, or should I just replace those at the same time? Thinking the covers are ok since mine are not cracked or anything. Appreciate your assistance with this.

These coil balance systems are modular, and you need only replace what is broken--that said, when it comes to the springs themselves, we generally advise replacing all of them in one go, since usually when one fails the others are not far behind. If they are 1/2", they are the Series 160 springs. If they are all stamped 4.5 then you need the S160-04 4.5 pound springs. The video below goes into more detail about spring weight choice. Let me know if you have any other questions!
