Thanks for your post! The window operator you have appears to be an older, discontinued GU Window Operator. We suggest using the 39-315 Truth Dyad Operator. The opposite handed version is the 39-316.

The compatible brackets are the 39-513 (the one pictured) and the 39-514. The 39-114L and 39-205 (folding) can be used to replace the handles.
