Looking to fix issue where crank no longer works

Support, Crank can only be used to open the window, Crank comes out of the spoindle. Will not close the window. Entry Gard model from about 25 years ago. Looks like you may have the product(s) I need. Question: Do I need to replace both the casement and handle ?  Based upon images of your products, You may have what I need.

Hey there. Yes, we should be able to help. The operator looks like our 39-035 (the opposite-hand is the 39-036). Please compare. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately. Let me know if you have any questions.
