Luminess 700 Series Simonton window balance

Hello - need to know what parts to order to replace the attached balances. The window is a Simonton window, Luminess 700 series. Need to order parts ASAP for an end of March settlement on the house.

The coil springs and pivot shoe looks fine, it appears that just the cover is broken. If I'm correct, see our 15-205 For 3/8" wide springs and for 15-150T for 1/2" coil springs. Let me know what you think!
