MI window balancer

The MI window is 17 years old, and when they sent me a new balancer, it had the round connection down at the bottom for the pin coming out of the window. As you can see by my pictures, I need something with a flat rectangular type pin.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! The pin at the bottom of the window is the sash pivot bar. I believe you may need the 26-021 2-1/2" Pivot bar to replace your existing hardware. To confirm that this is the right fit for your window, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

Thank you for the response. I'm doing a bad job of communicating what I need. I don't need the pivot bar. I need the the whole balancer as one. Mine broke and is in pieces and the bottom pice of the balancer that the pivot bar is unusable. It looks like 26" Series 795 Channel Balance is close to what I would need. The big difference though is that the mine hook at the top and this doesn't look like it does that. Pictures are attached. Thank you so much for trying to help.
