MW Window Balance Replacement

I have a 10 year old house with MW windows. They have channel balances with pivot shoes that are similar to the series 795 balances with the exception that the clip and shoes are different. I have attached pictures of a channel and a pivot shoe. The channel is approximately 1/2" wide, and the shoe is approximately 15/16" wide x 9/16" deep x 1-9/16" long (the pictures of the shoe have a tape measure in them).

I have seen a few other posts on here discussing these same channel balances. I believe I need the 795 balances with a 15-194 shoe and 15-198 hook (or I can just take the hook off of mine and put it on the new one), but wanted to confirm this.

Don't know what happened with the pictures, so I'll try it again. I attempted to upload 4 pictures. Two are of the channel balance where one shows the internals, and the other is an up close shot showing the end where the pivot shoe goes. The other two pictures are of the pivot shoe.

Off the top of my head one of the ones I have out has a "28C" stamp on it, and it's 28" long.

I have several of them that I have to replace, and I'd like to start with 2 to do a single window just to make sure I'm getting the right thing before I order a bunch of them. So, go ahead and email me whatever form or link I need to place the custom order and I'll order a couple. Then if those work I'll order a bunch more.
