This looks like a 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe. However, yours has a groove in the stem that our shoe lacks. Our channel balances also lack this characteristic. Therefore, I am afraid you will need not just new T-Lock Shoes, but new channel balances as well--see our Series 795. This blog article here goes into more detail.
