Hello,
Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177 shown below. This shoe is used with the S152 coil springs. You'll need to check both coils for the stamp codes. If both are rated for 6 pounds, see the S152-6 coils. We also offer the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 support parts for the coil springs. Thanks for posting!
