Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to be a match for the S795-36 with the 36C stamp option. Note that the shoe that comes with this is the 15-195 1-1/4" wide closed cam T-lock shoe, so you'll want to make sure your old one matches this.

The Series 795 is also designed to use a screw. If your balance uses a hook, please let us know.
