We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of an original balance assembly to compare to our inventory. I would recommend checking the windows in the house and removing the least damaged balance assembly that you can find. Once we can determine the type of balance your windows use, we can go from there. Thank you.
Thanks for getting back to us! It looks like your photos are showing two different types of coil balances. The first and last photo resembles a pivot shoe that was recently discontinued but can be replaced with the 15-177, which uses the S152 coil springs.
Your second photo, on the other hand, resembles the S140 quick-tilt coil balance. I would recommend removing one of each balance assembly from the window to compare to the specifications shown on our product pages.
