Milestone 1000 series impact single hung windows

A quick learner says:

Hello,

I sent these pics in yesterday and you responded. I was not able to retrieve your post.

Can you identify which channel balance thos is and do you sell the retaining/release clips that get installed in the window frame.

Thank you.

Peter

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Peter. See either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2840.

I believe you are also looking for take-out clips--see if the 16-002 matches up.
