Hello and thanks again for your patience. You either have a Silverline or American Craftsman tilt window that can use S765-24 tilt balance with a 23-7 option. It also looks like your pivot shoe is broken. That said, our 15-046 may be a match. You would screw the balance at the top and hook the bottom balance to the pivot shoe. Review both parts and let us know if we can provide any more help.
