Milgard Window Balancer Replacements Needed

Quick Learner from Seattle, WA
Need 2 replacement balancers for my milgard sliding windows (they don't tilt). The only markings I could find were "34 5 CQ CALDWELL". The channel length is 35".

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thank you!

Here are some pictures. I hope this helps.

Thanks for getting back to us! With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-35 or S385-35 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 3450 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you for the quick response, this is very helpful. I do have an additional question. When taking off the sheath I accidetally broke one of the tabs in the frame. Here is a picture of a tab that is not broken and then two more pictures of the broken tab. I'm wondering if you might have these for purchase as well? Or if you might know where I can buy an extra one?

Sure, your take out clip resembles the 16-002. Review the specifications below to confirm it's a match and let us know if you need anything else.
