Milgard?? window crank operator replacement

I think it is a Milgard product, the gear teeth cannot engage, it may be worn out.

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-027E or the 39-013 operators. The main difference between the two styles is the length of the arm. Compare dimensions to confirm the best fit. Also see the 39-114L for a new handle if needed.
