Milgard window operator

Question

This is an odd shaped window.  Swings open with hinges on side.  The operator has little posts on both ends of the arms.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears your window either uses the 39-253LB and 39-253RB or the 39-438B and 39-439B operators. The main difference is the guide at the end of the straight arm that connects to the sill track. I have related a video below for assistance.
