Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-035 and 39-036 EntryGard operators to yours, which use the 39-107 cover and 39-205 folding handle. Thanks for posting!

A home owner from St. Petersburg, Florida says:
My bedroom window is horizontal slider with IGCC CBA IGMAC CIG-3 in the lower right corner. The roller underneath seems to be broken. Do you sell the replacement rollers or can you direct me on how to fix this?
Thank you,
Kathi

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello, Kathi. I'm sorry to say that I don't know what kind of window you have, or what hardware it uses. We sell a variety of different window rollers, which you can see here, but the only way I can check to see if one of these parts will match your original is to see it. Would that be possible?
