Missing Part for Truth Window

Thanks for posting! The 39-339 Truth Hardware Insert Connector would not be the correct replacement for your repairs, unfortunately. This is used as a connector piece for the hardware shown in the related items of this product. It does not have the necessary threads that would need to interact with the gears on the base of the operator.
What you are missing from your operator is the worm gear. It has become completely stripped and is not repairable. That said, you will need to replace the entire operator to get the window functioning again.
I'm happy to recommend a replacement but I will need to see a photo of the entire operator to identify it. I'll need to see a photo of the arms of the operator and how it interacts with the bottom of the swinging window sash.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions you might have.

As explained, you will need to replace the entire assembly. Unfortunately, since the worm gear has become stripped and there is no way to reinstall it in the base of the operator, there wouldn't be any way around that. It also isn't something that is sold separately. There isn't anything for the crank handle to attach to, so that would leave you with the same issue you are contacting us about.
That said, the updated version of your operator is the 39-035 Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator, which will replace the operator in the first photo you've sent (the opposite version is the 39-036). If the stud brackets are still in good working condition, you would only need to replace the operator.
In the event you do need to replace the brackets, I've tagged the once compatible with these operators below along with the a few covers and handles.
