Missing Tie Bar and Guide

Question

We are trying to maintain 28 apartments that have this style windows. Our previous source for parts was Fairbanks Pain and Glass. Sadly after 49 years they are closing their doors. We do not know the brand of window. At this point we are trying to get guide clips and a tie bar, right and left hand openers. Please advise

Hi there Frank.

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. Our 39-013 and 39-014 come to mind for the operators. The arm is 13-1/2" when measured from the center of the gear to the center of the roller wheel so you'll want to make sure your old assembly matches this.

As for the tie bar guide, the 39-417 and 39-448 would be our best options. Take a look at the specifications and see if you think one of them could work for you.

Unfortunately, we do not sell a replacement for the tie bar. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
