Missing pivot bars and broken shoe

A quick learner from Toronto ontario says:
Hello

I am trying to fix some double hung vinyl windows on a house that I have recently purchased. I am missing several pivot bars and several of the shoes are broken. I do not know the make of the windows.
Any help would be appreciated.

The manufacturer of your pivot shoe is no longer in business, but we suggest the 15-046 as a possible substitute. Just make sure the width and thickness is the same as your shoe. The metal pivot bar looks like our 26-089. We also suggest our 75-006 charging tool to make installation easier.

Thanks for your response. I have taken one of the pivot shoes out of the window Frame. The shoe is 1/2 inch thick but there are ridges at the top and bottom of the shoe so it is 5/8inch thick in parts. Will the 1/2 inch shoe that you recommended still work. Photo is attached.

In that case, our 15-070 may be better. See what you think.
